Position: Commercial Construction Project Manager Location: Estero, FL Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager to take ownership of ground-up and renovation projects across the Gulf Coast region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team collaboration, and is passionate about delivering high-quality commercial construction projects on time and within budget. What We're Looking For: • Strong knowledge and hands-on use of software's • Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil or related discipline (preferred) What You'll Be Doing: • Oversee full lifecycle project management from preconstruction planning through final closeout • Maintain control over budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration • Liaise with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and progress • Lead job site safety efforts and ensure compliance with all local and federal construction regulations • Represent the company in client meetings and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders • Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively • Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to support new project opportunities • Mentor and lead both field and office personnel, promoting a collaborative work environment
