Develop and optimize responsive front-end web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks in an Agile environment.
3-5 years experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular), HTML, CSS, version control, and Agile development practices.
Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication preferred; Master’s degree is a plus. • Experience using JIRA for task management is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Previous retail or e-commerce experience is a plus. • Hands-on experience with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), and CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS, or CSS Modules). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Experience with version control tools like Git or Bitbucket for code management and collaboration. • Strong understanding of CSS and JavaScript best practices and performance optimization techniques. • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. • Experience using modern frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or Vue.js. • Basic understanding of state management tools (e.g., Redux or similar). • Exposure to build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar. • 3–5 years of hands-on experience building websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Proficient in browser debugging using Chrome Developer Tools. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across design, UX, business, and QA teams. • Familiarity with Node.js, npm, or Deno is a plus. Primary Responsibilities • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure coding standards and best practices are followed. • Work in an Agile environment—participating in sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, reviews, and retrospectives. • Build responsive and adaptive website applications aligned with UX/UI best practices. • Design, develop, and implement solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Participate in technical discussions, contribute to front-end architecture decisions, conduct unit testing, and perform code reviews. • Collaborate with Brand, Product, QA, Analytics, and stakeholder teams to gather requirements and communicate progress. • Follow style guides, pattern libraries, and SDLC processes to maintain quality and consistency. • Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO to deliver the best user experience.
