Manage product operations including release readiness, issue triage, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product adoption and operational efficiency.
Experienced in product operations, technical support, and cross-team collaboration with foundational technical skills and some release management experience.
· Proven knowledge and experience in standard Global Trade Compliance practices, technology and supporting industry principles · Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging the expertise in product development, engineering and UX · Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery · Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience · Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up), to deliver projects quickly and efficiently with high value · Foundational skills (at minimum) in Interface Mapping, Data Engineering, and SDLC
