Full Description

Location: Fullerton, CA Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time) Industry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Lead Warehouse Associate to join our 1st shift operations team in Fullerton. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with 3PL experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. The right candidate will be groomed for future advancement into a supervisory position. Key Responsibilities: • Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping • Serve as a point of contact for team members and help coordinate workflow • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to implement process improvements • Train and mentor new team members Qualifications: • 3-4 years of experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment • Familiarity with Camelot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar WMS/ERP systems • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to lead by example and take initiative • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Growth Opportunity: This role is designed for someone with leadership potential.
