Job description: Production Team Lead Location: Buena Park & Fullerton, CA Shifts Available: 1st Shift 2nd shift Position Type: Seasonal Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Production Team Lead to oversee production activities at our Buena Park and Fullerton facilities. This is a seasonal position ending in December 2025. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate daily activities of production team members. • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. • Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members. • Train, coach, and support production staff to maintain high performance and morale. • Monitor workflow and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals. • Maintain accurate records of production metrics and employee performance. • Collaborate with supervisors and management to resolve any production issues. Requirements: • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required). • Prior supervisory or team lead experience required. • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • To travel to both sites as needed is required. Job Type: Temporary Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
