ISSA is looking for a Global Partnerships Manager! Please note: 100% Remote position: (must reside in an ISSA-eligible state: AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, NC, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI). We are hiring a Global Partnerships Manager to onboard and grow strategic partner relationships, domestically and globally, across high-growth verticals and regions. This role will help ISSA expand in markets where credentialing requirements are becoming national standards, as well as domestically, where ISSA is positioned as a top certifying body and strategic industry powerhouse. So What's the Job? • Build and expand ISSA’s global partner ecosystem (gyms, distributors, educators, employers) • Own revenue growth through strategic account management and new market development • Activate existing relationships to accelerate bookings and market penetration • Identify and convert opportunities currently on the market • Collaborate with leadership to shape territory strategy and competitive expansion • Drive recurring certification and workforce pipeline revenue through Career Connect • Represent ISSA in partner enablement, international events, and market-facing initiatives • Help scale credentialing standards in markets where regulations and mandates are forming globally What is ISSA looking for? • Bilingual(Spanish, Arabic, or French strongly preferred) • A desire to help ISSA become the worldwide standard • Ability to leverage an existing network of clients and partners to accelerate growth. • Market insights • Experience within professional credentialing, certification, or continuing education environments serving the fitness and wellness industry. • Thrives in consultative selling, account ownership, and partnership development • Wants uncapped earning potential tied directly to international growth wins Anything else?
