What You'll Do: - You will manage the end-to-end editorial process for ISPOR’s publications, ensuring accuracy and clarity. - You will collaborate with authors, reviewers, and editorial boards to maintain rigorous scientific standards. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content with organizational goals. - You will oversee the development and implementation of editorial policies and guidelines. - You will ensure timely publication schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - You will contribute to strategic planning for content development and dissemination. - You will mentor junior editorial staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in scientific or academic publishing, preferably in health economics or related fields. - You have strong editorial skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. - You have proven project management abilities and can handle multiple deadlines. - You are proficient with editorial management systems and digital publishing tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in health economics, outcomes research, or healthcare policy. - Familiarity with HEOR methodologies and terminology. - Background in managing international editorial teams or publications. - Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or health-related discipline.
