About the Role As our Lead AI Strategy & Data Science, you’ll lead high-impact AI initiatives, architect scalable platforms, and mentor a world-class team. With over 15 years of experience across various industries including Healthcare, Banking/Financial, Retail and Consulting, you’ll bring strategic insight and technical excellence to every challenge. Responsibilities • Define and execute multi-year AI/ML strategy aligned with business goals. • Build and scale cloud-native AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Databricks). • Lead development of models for personalization, churn prediction, and recommendation systems. • Drive measurable outcomes: customer retention, ARPU uplift, agent productivity. • Mentor and grow a diverse team of 25+ data scientists and engineers. • Champion ethical AI governance and enterprise adoption. Qualifications • MBA in Marketing & IT (IIM Lucknow) + B.Tech in Electronics & Communications. • Certifications in Product Management, Data Science, Deep Learning, Generative AI. • 15+ years in AI/ML leadership roles. Required Skills • Expertise in Python, SQL, R, MLflow, Airflow, AWS, GCP, Tableau, Power BI.
