Lauderdale, FL or able to relocate • Health and Dental Benefits • Paid Time Off A Day in the Life of the Technical Marketing Automation Engineer In this role, you’ll blend creativity and technical expertise to build advanced automation systems that fuel business growth. You’ll design and execute data-driven campaigns across text, email, and AI-assisted channels, ensuring every message reaches the right person at the right time. Your work will directly shape lead generation, engagement, and overall marketing performance. Responsibilities include: • Design and implement lead-generation pipelines across web, email, SMS, and AI-assisted channels • Develop and maintain marketing automation systems that integrate with CRM, analytics, and communication tools • Build and execute trigger-based and nurture campaigns across text and email • Engineer custom automations using APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (Twilio, SendGrid, Zapier, AWS Lambda) • Use AI tools to enhance personalization, timing, and content optimization • Create and deploy campaign content including email templates, landing pages, and text messages • Analyze campaign data to continuously improve segmentation and conversion metrics • Ensure compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR regulations • Collaborate cross-functionally to align automation strategy with broader growth initiatives Requirements and Qualifications: • 7+ years in marketing technology, automation engineering, or growth operations • Proven experience building automated text and email systems from concept to launch, not just managing them • Strong experience ensuring ROI on campaigns • Proficient in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for automation and integration • Deep understanding of CRM integrations with Twilio, lead scoring, and multi-channel orchestration • In-depth knowledge of digital compliance standards (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR) • Experience building a lead-generation engine from the ground up • Financial Services (Business Loans) experience • Experience in all the following: Data scraping, skip tracing, email blasting tools, SMS blasting/lead warming sequences, and deliverability to land emails in inboxes • Skip tracing and raw data handling experience • Experience with Zoho and Salesforce About the Hiring Company: Our client is a forward-thinking organization focused on driving measurable growth through advanced marketing technology and automation.
