This role will work closely with their immediate supervisor and program stakeholders to develop delivery plans and track progress. This role will also be responsible for managing risks, communicating status, and resolving issues. Core Job Duties Leadership: Foster collaborative and productive environment. Communication: Clearly communicate program/initiative goals, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to define scope, manage expectations, establish communication management, perform change control management, and provide regular updates on progress, risks and mitigation strategies. Program Management: Plan, execute and deliver assigned product programs Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, issues and dependencies and work with leaders to develop ways to mitigate them. Readiness: Support readiness planning and execution in collaboration with readiness stakeholders to enable the successful release of new offerings and/or product enhancements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required). Knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts and practices 1-2 years of experience in project/program management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to communicate effectively, build consensus, facilitate working sessions Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions.
