A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Client Support Representative, you are the first line of communication for our clients. You both answer the phone and respond to emails. Whether answering simple questions or solving complex problems, you are patient and friendly. You always put yourself in the clients' shoes and listen carefully to their needs. The key to your success is that you never give up or leave anyone hanging. You are all about following through and following up. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE • 2 years of customer service experience • Above-average computer skills • Exceptional customer service and phone skills We will train the right person on the technical aspects of our software and good background check practices.
