Commission-Only Recruiter (Real Estate Wholesaling Company) Location: Remote (U.S. preferred) Compensation: Commission-Only (percentage of candidates’ deals during first 3 months) About Us We’re a fast-growing real estate investment and wholesaling company acquiring and flipping properties across the Southeast. We’re currently scaling aggressively and will be bringing on 10–20 new acquisition and dispositions candidates over the next 30–60 days. The Role We’re looking for a motivated Commission-Only Recruiter to help us identify, screen, and onboard talented individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven real estate environment. You’ll be sourcing candidates (mostly sales-oriented), conducting initial interviews, and matching them to roles within our growing wholesaling operation. Your pay will be commission-based, tied directly to the production of the people you recruit — giving you true upside for bringing in performers. Responsibilities • Source and recruit candidates for acquisitions, dispositions, and operations roles. • Conduct initial interviews and present top candidates to management. • Coordinate onboarding and assist in training new hires on company expectations and systems. • Track recruits’ deal flow and performance to calculate your commissions. • Work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline. Compensation • Commission-Only. You’ll earn a percentage of the first 3 months of deals closed by your recruits. • High-performing recruiters can easily earn $2,000–$8,000+/mo depending on candidate output. • Unlimited earning potential — the more producers you bring on, the more you make.
