Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Procurement Role Summary We are seeking a Program Manager with strong procurement domain expertise to lead cross-functional, enterprise-scale programs across Business, Engine delivering scalable procurement solutions and driving outcomes through Al and agentic capabilities, leveraging the Microsoft enterprise technology ecosys Key Responsibilities • Own and deliver end-to-end programs in the Procurement and Purchasing domain. • Partner with Business, Engineering, and Operations to align strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes • Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics, drive execution with operational rigor. • Enable adoption of Al, agentic workflows, and automation across procurement processes. • Communicate program health, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. • Ensure governance, compliance, and process adherence across procurement initiatives. Qualifications • 5-10 years of experience in Program Management, delivering cross-functional, enterprise programs. • Prior experience in Procurement/Purchasing, including sourcing, buying, vendor management, or procurement systems. • Proven experience working across Business, Engineering, and Ops in a matrixed environment. • Exposure to Al, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions in enterprise platforms. • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. licrosoft Tech Stack Understanding • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft platforms such as Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365/ERP systems supporting procurement and bus • Understanding of data, analytics, and reporting using Microsoft ecosystem tools. • Exposure to enterprise Al capabilities, including automation, intelligent agents, and workflow orchestration built on Microsoft technologies.
