Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is a growth stage technology and data-driven commercial insurance wholesaler leading innovation in the market. The Senior Manager PMO will enhance the Insurance Program technology platform and operational workflows, leading program development requirements and overseeing various project management responsibilities across multiple business units. Responsibilities • Take lead ownership of new insurance program concepts from start to finish from a requirement, project plan, and cross-functional integration perspective • Provide project management for cross business-unit collaboration • Collaborate with IT teams and business unit stakeholders to create detailed system and workflow requirements and propose efficient solutions in line with insurance industry standards. • Design, document, implement, and maintain configurable information systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards where applicable. • Manage and troubleshoot system-related issues, offering technical support to users, and overseeing system upgrades or modifications to optimize performance. • Conduct regular audits and assessments of information systems to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measures. • Collaborate with Program Managers and underwriters evolve and maintain the rate, quote, bind, and policy issuance systems for both existing and prospective programs. • Facilitate a seamless transition of programs from acquired companies by collaborating with technical and underwriting teams to integrate them into the ISC platform. • Provide Project management, tracking, and business updates around key projects • Lead and manage on and offshore support resources, augmenting procedures for pre & post-bind activities, encompassing: Endorsements processing, Policy/invoice validation, Ensuring audit file completeness, Collaboration with the accounting department on Premium Finance/Accounts Payable processes, Bordereau delivery and automation, Overseeing inspections, Managing surplus lines filing (collaborating with vendors) Skills • Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in commercial lines underwriting or operations • 5+ years of project management experience • Proficiency in configuring and updating insurance policy administration systems, preferably with MGA Systems experience but not required (minimum 5 years) • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel • Experience using tools such as Visio or Figma for workflow mapping • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and tasks • Demonstrated experience in managing teams effectively • Expertise in information systems design, implementation, security, and troubleshooting within the insurance industry • Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide project management capabilities • PMP certification Education Requirements • Bachelors Degree Benefits • Employee Ownership Program - every eligible employee shares in the financial rewards that grow when the company grows • Professional development opportunities • Owner Referral Program • Work from home reimbursement for remote/hybrid roles • Canary emergency financial assistance program • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision • Life/AD&D Insurance • Confidential, Employee Assistance Program • Health Savings Account, includes company contribution • Short-term disability • Voluntary benefits - supplemental accident, critical illness, hospital insurance • Employee discounts • 401(k) Plan with company match contribution • Various Time Off Programs • 11 company paid holidays Company Overview • Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is a World-Class Program Administrator dedicated to underwriting excellence, client service, and customer experience.
