About the job Position Title: Sourcing Manager – North America Department: Supply Chain (Sourcing) Location: East Coast USA (Remote / Hybrid with regional travel) Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus Position Purpose: Lead sourcing efforts in North America to develop a network of suppliers for custom packaging and branded products. Key Responsibilities: • Find US suppliers, balance the mix, ensure standards, and negotiate details. • Build relationships, keep records, and support reviews. • Oversee projects, coordinate samples, and update stakeholders. • Work with planning, collaborate on orders, and share insights. • Follow processes, improve tools, and ensure transparency. KPIs: • Number and quality of new suppliers onboarded • Achievement of lead time, MOQ, and cost targets. • Accuracy of supplier data and documentation. • Internal stakeholder satisfaction across departments. Requirements: • 5+ years in sourcing or procurement (custom packaging or light manufacturing preferred). • Strong understanding of US manufacturing and supplier networks. • Proven success in managing suppliers for low-MOQ, fast-turn production. • Skilled in negotiation and performance management. • Attention to detail with a strong process orientation. - Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.
