Sales experience in packaging manufacturing, proven plant turnaround experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
Title: Sales Manager - Plastic Packaging Territory: California Package: $100,000 - $150,000 + up to 80% annual bonus (based on gross profit margin, revenue, team performance & company performance ) + company car Other benefits: Pension, Health insurance, laptop, iPhone, IPad, Home office equipment Responsibilities • Sales Manager role selling plastic packaging into a variety of industry sectors such as Agriculture & Horticulture, Animal & Pet Care, Beauty & Personal Care, Beverages, Building & construction, DIY, Food, Food service, Garden & Outdoors etc • Exceed territory growth and revenue targets • Enhance organizational health and customer satisfaction • Develop and lead a team of high-potential sales professionals • Manage customer-focused Account Executives (AEs) to build lasting relationships • Coach in sales strategy, pipeline, opportunity management, and career advancement • Utilize business and industry expertise to drive profitable opportunities • Maintain a robust vendor ecosystem to boost sales • Achieve personal and team goals for profit and sales metrics • Navigate and close complex sales cycles with C-level decision makers Qualifications: • Must have sales experience within packaging manufacturing experience • Proven experience in turning around underperforming plants. • Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for maximizing team performance. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
