This is a great opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level developer who loves React, enjoys solving real-world problems, and wants to grow within a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering team. You’ll play a hands-on role modernizing internal applications and helping shape the digital foundation that supports a company leading the way in its industry’s technology evolution. • Location: Fountain Valley, CA (onsite 4-5 days) • Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base of about $120-135k base • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role. No C2C What You’ll Do: • Build and enhance modern React-based applications used across internal business functions • Collaborate with other developers to modernize older front ends and implement new features using React Hooks and state management tools like React Query or Redux • Develop clean, efficient components using modern UI libraries and responsive design practices • Support real-time updates using WebSockets and help ensure consistent user experiences across multiple screens • Work closely with senior engineers to learn, contribute ideas, and help mentor junior teammates as your own skills grow What Gets You the Job: • 2–5 years of front-end development experience with strong React skills (React 17+ preferred) • Familiarity with TypeScript, component libraries, and client-side routing • Understanding of RESTful APIs, web sockets, and modern build tools such as Vite or similar • Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a desire to learn new technologies quickly • Experience or interest in mobile (React Native) development is a plus After applying to this role, you may receive an invitation from our AI Recruiter, Avery to schedule a virtual meeting to learn more about your background as an initial screening for this role.
