OverviewBe the UX force at Irth — shaping digital products that make tough tasks feel effortless and users love.Irth is hiring a User Experience Designer to help create the future of our web and mobile app products. Our solutions are engineered to improve resilience and reduce risk in the sustainable delivery of utility, energy, telecommunication, and media services.You’ll join a small but mighty Experience Team of three, where design leadership is not just welcomed—it’s expected. We’re looking for someone who thrives on owning the full UX process, not just a slice of it. Working remotely, you’ll be guided by our Creative Director but have the autonomy to drive UX strategy and execution with minimal oversight.This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design.
