A well-established healthcare network near Quincy, MA is seeking an RN, Case Manager to join their team! Signing Bonus! Comprehensive Benefits Starting Day 1! Salary Range: $62700 - $111600 (based on experience) RN, Case Manager Opportunity: • Full-time Permanent hire • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p • $5,000 Signing Bonus • RN, Case Manager coordinates and oversees patient care plans by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure efficient, high-quality care and smooth transitions throughout the hospital stay.
