8+ years in B2B marketing leadership or related fields, marketing agency experience required, strong analytic and communication skills, and willingness to obtain HubSpot and Google certifications.

What You Bring • 8+ years of combined experience in: B2B marketing leadership, consultative sales, RevOps, strategy/growth leadership, large portfolio management, or large team management. • Marketing agency experience is required, and enterprise client experience is preferred. • Strong analytic skills with the ability to derive insights from marketing data and communicate them clearly. • Broad understanding of marketing disciplines (ABM, SEO, paid media, events, etc.) and how to deploy them effectively. • Proven ability to connect strategy to revenue growth and business impact. • Confident communicator who thrives at both executive-level conversations and cross-functional collaboration.
