About the role: Welcome to the Product Operations team – the backbone of our product organization! We make sure everything runs smoothly for our product team across the product life cycle. As our Sr Analyst, Product Analytics your primary responsibility will be to own the development of our product analytics capabilities. This is a chance to truly shape a new function at Ironclad, leaving a lasting impact on our organization, company, and customers. You'll be at the heart of collaboration, working with amazing folks across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Analytics. What you’ll be doing: Collaborate with Product and our data analytics team to enhance our voice of customer program; including how we gather, analyze, and act on feedback. Ensuring we have the best tools to support our product organization. Plus, you'll lead employee onboarding programs creating a seamless experience for new hires to hit the ground running. Apply your analytical prowess to identify trends from Amplitude, performance reports, and product utilization data, turning raw information into actionable insights. Support product managers including developing and maintaining advanced dashboards, reports and visualizations to track and communicate product performance metrics Manage the day-to-day operational flow of product initiatives, from initial roadmap planning and feature release management to feature request coordination and the successful execution of beta programs. Spot inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Identify opportunities to enhance our existing tools, including rationalizing our current toolset and implementing automation to drive efficiency and quality improvements. Drive various assigned special projects, which may include orchestrating complex product launches across multiple business units, deploying new tools to enhance team capabilities and piloting innovative programs. Actively monitor and reinforce best practices to ensure widespread adoption, champion adherence to established operational standards and fostering consistency across all Product teams. Key Skills: You naturally conduct research, break down complex problems, and analyze information to discover the most effective solutions. Possessing a strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, process modeling, and data analysis to continuously enhance our operational efficiency. You possess a keen ****attention to detail, accurately mapping out processes and identifying issues for resolution. You can expertly manage projects from planning through execution to ensure successful outcomes. You have an understanding of business operations, aligning process improvements with business goals. You can communicate complex ideas clearly and work seamlessly and collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams. You're always excited to dive into new challenges, ask insightful questions, and proactively seek innovative solutions. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in product analytics, preferable in a high-velocity product environment, with a track record of delivering impactful insights and driving growth 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, Product Management experience, or related functions. BS in CS or related field. Preference for background in Legal Technology and Product Development. 2+ Years experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools to create compelling dashboards and reports Experience with agile tools and practices (e.g JIRA, Notion, Asana, Confluence) Experience verbal, written communication and data presentation skills Experience working with SAFe methodology, sprint-based approaches Let's embark on this exciting journey together and achieve great things! The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
