Warehouse Associate (Growth to Management) We are seeking a full-time motivated Warehouse Associate with a strong interest in growth and leadership. This position includes a clear path toward management, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career. Responsibilities • Daily warehouse operations: receiving, organizing, inventory control, and order fulfillment • Assist with shipping/receiving and maintaining a clean, safe workspace • Support field teams with materials handling electrical and telecom projects • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift • Managing Inventory levels • Prepare, pull and pack all items on Bill of Materials (BOM’s) • Load/Unload trucks as needed • Schedule/Coordinate all pickups and deliveries from/to clients and sites Schedule • Lead and coordinate the full process of returning decommissioned equipment • Back up to Purchasing Dept and Inventory pricing • Coordination and scheduling of fleet maintenance • Communicate and coordinate with PM for all site materials Preferred Skills & Knowledge • Basic understanding of electrical or telecommunication materials (cables, connectors, tools, hardware, etc.) • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet • Must have strong computer, communication, reliability, and teamwork skills • Willingness to learn and take on leadership responsibilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
