We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Franchise Development Manager to lead our national expansion and bring new franchise owners into the Iron Valley family. Role Description The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for the full franchise sales cycle from first inquiry to signed agreement. You’ll build relationships with entrepreneurial candidates, guide them through the discovery process, and represent the Iron Valley brand with confidence, clarity, and integrity. If you love connecting with people, telling a compelling brand story, and helping business owners find the right opportunity, this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Manage the full franchise development process from lead inquiry to signing • Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups • Guide candidates through Iron Valley’s brand story, culture, expectations, and business model • Coordinate virtual or in-person discovery days with leadership • Partner with Marketing to drive qualified franchise leads and campaigns • Build relationships with referral partners, brokers, and industry networks • Maintain accurate CRM tracking, reporting, and pipeline management • Collaborate with Operations to ensure a smooth handoff of new franchisees • Ensure compliance with franchise laws and FDD guidelines What You Bring • 3–7+ years of sales or business development experience • Experience in franchising or real estate (strongly preferred) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong consultative selling ability — relationship-driven, not pushy • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a full pipeline • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently • Alignment with Iron Valley’s values: authenticity, accountability, collaboration, and grit Why Iron Valley Iron Valley isn’t a typical real estate brand we’re a movement built on realness, community, and modern energy.
