Iron Mountain is seeking an highly motivated and results-oriented 1Contract Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment of complex sales roles, operating with a high degree of autonomy, and acting as a strategic advisor to sales leadership. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Execute End-to-End Sales Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a high-volume, dynamic portfolio of sales positions (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Managers, VPs), delivering a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience. Achieving agreed-upon time-to-fill targets for critical sales roles. Collaborate with Leadership & Optimize Strategy: Partner closely with Sales VPs and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their organizational needs and develop tailored, data-driven sourcing and talent attraction strategies to achieve hiring outcomes. Ensure Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant data within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all hiring processes adhere to Iron Mountain organizational standards and regulations. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, with a specialized focus on sales talent acquisition in a competitive, enterprise environment (e.g., SaaS, B2B services). Strong knowledge of advanced passive candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn/Talent Pool creation) and the ability to articulate value propositions for complex sales roles. Proven ability in managing a high-volume requisition load simultaneously, negotiating complex offers, and demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills.
