10+ years in IT management/governance, deep knowledge of IT asset management, enterprise architecture frameworks, software licensing, compliance, and procurement.
Description: • Leading strategic license and asset management, along with core technology governance functions within EIT • Developing and executing long-term architecture strategies for managing technology assets throughout their lifecycle • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud resources • Partnering with Procurement organization on the acquisition of new assets • Ensuring adherence to software licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and relevant regulations • Identifying opportunities to reduce IT spending through asset utilization, software license optimization, and efficient procurement • Working with Information Security and EIT Risk in identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT assets • Monitoring asset utilization, performance, and costs, and generating reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Continuously improving asset management processes and procedures through automation and other innovative approaches • Leading onshore and offshore team of associates Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in IT management, governance, or related roles is required • Deep understanding of IT asset management principles, processes, and best practices • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF) and architecture governance models • Proven experience designing and integrating enterprise-level solutions across multiple technology domains (application, data, infrastructure, cloud, and security) • Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs, and containerization • Ability to translate complex business objectives into clear, scalable, and actionable technology roadmaps • Strong experience leading architecture review boards and enforcing architecture governance processes • Familiarity with IT compliance, risk management, data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA), and regulatory frameworks relevant to the organization • Expertise in software licensing models, vendor agreements, and compliance requirements • Knowledge of hardware lifecycles, procurement processes, and asset tracking methods Benefits: • Professional development opportunities • Flexible work arrangements
