Full Description

Job Description: • Oversee the day to day execution of communication programs. • You will develop high-impact content—including blog posts, social media, press materials, and web content—to drive brand awareness and lead generation. • Serve as a vital link between Crozier program teams (Sales, Finance, IT) and the broader Iron Mountain organization to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. • Develop and maintain a high working knowledge of all programs, departments, and services offered. • Drive engagement by executing a forward-looking social media calendar and supporting special events with strategic partners and clients. • Manage the delivery of brand announcements, employee engagement communications, and DEI newsletters to ensure internal stakeholders are informed and aligned. • Ensure all communications are cohesive, high-quality, and tell a compelling story that resonates with both internal and external audiences. • Support new events with targeted sponsorship and new clients. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or corporate communications. • Strong knowledge of digital communication practices, web technology, and brand positioning. • Proven ability in professional-level writing and storytelling, with the skill to adjust tone for diverse audiences and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and social media engagement platforms, alongside standard office software. • Interpersonal Excellence: Experience working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
