Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our Global Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and debugging operating system components and software tools to increase system efficiency. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Develop and Implement Software: Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from detailed programming to high-level system design, ensuring improvements are successfully monitored. Collaborate for Quality: Work closely with senior engineering roles and cross-functional teams to determine software design requirements and achieve integrated outcomes. Maintain Technical Standards: Ensure all code and system implementations comply with organizational engineering policies, standards, and procedures. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 0-2 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field. Strong knowledge of operating systems components, software tools, and debugging utilities. Proven ability to perform routine assignments using existing procedures and a willingness to receive guidance from senior-level mentors.
