Role Summary The Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing system integrations to ensure seamless workflows across media production environments. This role focuses on connecting media asset platforms with editing tools, storage systems, and institutional enterprise applications to enable efficient and automated operations. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement integrations between media asset platforms and production tools such as editing software, collaboration tools, and cloud storage systems. • Configure APIs, connectors, and data exchange mechanisms to enable automated and efficient workflows. • Support integration with enterprise platforms, including identity management systems and learning technologies. • Enable automated metadata extraction, transformation, and ingestion from external systems. • Ensure compatibility across editing platforms and collaborative production tools. • Implement data synchronization and workflow automation between interconnected systems. • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize overall system performance. • Document integration architecture and provide technical guidance to development and support teams. Key Skills • API integration and development • Cloud storage and media infrastructure • Workflow automation • Data interoperability and system integration • System architecture and troubleshooting Required Experience • 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in system integration, application integration, or enterprise platform implementation. • Proven experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and cloud-based technologies. • Experience working with media production tools, cloud storage platforms, and workflow automation solutions is highly preferred. • Strong background in troubleshooting complex integration environments. Minimum Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
