IRIS direct end client which is one of the leading largest mutual life insurance company is urgently looking to hire Business Analyst – Annuities / Disability Insurance – New York, NY (Hybrid). This is a Contract to hire opportunity. Business Analyst – Annuities / Disability Insurance New York, NY 10010 (Hybrid/3 days per week) Nature of Contract – Contract to hire opportunity Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in Annuities or Disability Insurance to support strategic technology initiatives. You’ll work closely with business and IT teams to define requirements, streamline processes, and deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document business and functional requirements. • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Support solution design, testing, and implementation. • Ensure alignment with digital transformation goals. Required Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in business or systems analysis. • Proven experience in Annuities or Disability Insurance domain. • Strong analytical and documentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to manage cross-functional decisions and build consensus across teams. • Familiarity with policy administration systems (PAS). Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in an agile development environment. • Certifications: FLMI, ALMI, CLU, CFA, RICP. Looking forward to hear from you...!!!
