Curious and innovative problem solvers looking for the chance to meaningfully shape the future of cardiac health, our company, and your career About This Role: Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project manager to support global labeling planning and execution activities. This role will drive labeling development activities including representation of the labeling function on product teams, coordinate with teams on inputs, timelines, and facilitating labeling risk management across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for oversight of some operational aspects of labeling delivery, helping to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality labeling and translations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, regulatory, quality and marketing to streamline processes and support the successful launch of products. You will assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction. Participate in hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure a capable and motivated workforce. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing environments are essential qualities for success in this role. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Delivery: Collaborate with other project/product team members to plan and communicate required inputs and delivery timelines. Contribute to labeling specific and overall product increment bottom-up schedule development. Ensure packaging and labeling projects meet defined specifications, regulatory and quality requirements, timelines. Reporting: Report status of activities to the key stakeholders and management, proactively alert leadership if the schedule of individual activities is at risk. Risk Management: Represent labeling to surface any risks and define mitigation strategies relative to the function. Escalate unresolved risks to leadership in a timely manner. Team Leadership: Influence team performance, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and morale. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure alignment and progress. Process Improvement: Identify and contribute to process improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed of labeling development. Identify bottlenecks and work with teams to resolve them. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in labeling and globalization program/project management, ideally in a regulated or product development environment Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to synthesize inputs and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization Familiarity with risk management practices Comfortable leading meetings and driving execution across diverse stakeholders Location: Remote - US Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
