Seeking PR, Branding & Communications Partner Organization: I’RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation Engagement Type: Contracted Firm or Senior Consultant Location: United States (Remote with flexibility) About I’RAISE I’RAISE is a national mental health and wellness education organization serving children, families, and schools across the U.S. We are entering a critical growth phase as we expand our footprint in New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and other regions. We are seeking a strategic PR, Branding, and Communications partner to take on the role of positioning: • I’RAISE as the national go-to organization for youth mental health and wellness in education. • Our CEO, Shanequa Moore, as a trusted thought leader for cities, regions, corporations, and governments. Scope of Work The selected firm or consultant will: • Brand Strategy: Refresh and refine I’RAISE’s messaging and identity for national positioning. • Media & PR: Secure earned media placements in major outlets and policy/education trades. Develop and place op-eds and feature stories. • Thought Leadership: Position the CEO for national conferences, speaking engagements, and editorial commentary. • Content & Campaigns: Produce compelling content (case studies, op-eds, social campaigns, impact reports). • Digital Communications: Build integrated social media and email marketing strategies with measurable engagement growth. • Visibility Strategy: Create and execute campaigns tied to national expansion, partnerships, and program launches. Ideal Partner Profile • Demonstrated success elevating a national nonprofit, social impact venture, or public-private initiative to visibility with corporate, government, and city audiences. • Strong relationships with journalists and editors in business, policy, education, and philanthropy. • Experience positioning CEOs and executives as thought leaders. • Capacity to deliver an integrated communications strategy across PR, branding, social, and digital. • Ability to act as both a strategic advisor and tactical implementer. Comp model (contract): • Retainer: $3,000–$7,000 per month • Optional performance bonus pool tied to media/brand outcomes (not commission on deals) Posting notes: • This is a contracted role (not staff). • Focus on national visibility, CEO thought leadership, earned media, and integrated campaigns. About I’RAISE: I'RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation, founded in the heart of the North Bronx in 2012, began as a mentoring program for at-risk female youth living in New York City Authority Housing. Under the visionary leadership of CEO Shanequa Moore, the organization quickly expanded its reach and impact. Shanequa, a Bronx native who overcame poverty and significant life challenges, was inspired to give back to her community, creating a resilient organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and youth.
