Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The Connected Devices Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the Sponsor, manage global projects, and ensure quality deliverables while maintaining communication and budget adherence. Responsibilities • Serve as primary point of contact for a given Sponsor to ensure communication is maintained • Manage global, multi functional projects or program to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, ensuring quality deliverables, on time delivery and within budget. • Set-up, plan, implement and deliver the project in accordance with the Scope of Work agreed with the Customer • Ensure the development of project plans for all phases of the project lifecycle, including the quality and risk management, ensuring that issue escalation and resolution is clear • Monitor and manage efforts of cross-functional project teams responsible for the project deliverables • Work with Business Development to finalize the project/program budget and scope of work • Participate actively in bid defense meetings/ client meetings to present our capabilities • Travel for study specific Investigator meetings to present the services offerred for the study • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent decision making and conflict management skills Skills • Serve as primary point of contact for a given Sponsor to ensure communication is maintained • Manage global, multi functional projects or program to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, ensuring quality deliverables, on time delivery and within budget • Set-up, plan, implement and deliver the project in accordance with the Scope of Work agreed with the Customer • Ensure the development of project plans for all phases of the project lifecycle, including the quality and risk management, ensuring that issue escalation and resolution is clear • Monitor and manage efforts of cross-functional project teams responsible for the project deliverables • Work with Business Development to finalize the project/program budget and scope of work • Participate actively in bid defense meetings/ client meetings to present our capabilities • Travel for study specific Investigator meetings to present the services offered for the study • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent decision making and conflict management skills • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management within CRO industry Benefits • Incentive plans • Bonuses • Health and welfare and/or other benefits Company Overview • IQVIA provides analytics, compliance, and management solutions to the life sciences industry.
