Role: Senior Business Analyst – eCommerce / Healthcare Domain Experience: 14+ years Mode: 100% Remote Visa: Independent Candidates only. Must-have: • Senior/Lead • API • MuleSoft • E-Commerce Domain • Healthcare/Pharma Domain Required Qualifications • API expertise. • MuleSoft experience. • E-Commerce Domain experience. • Healthcare / Pharma Domain experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years in eCommerce or front-end application projects. • Proven experience working in Agile environments, including writing user stories using Gherkin syntax. • Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and creating use cases. • Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Hands-on experience supporting UAT, quality control, and release planning. • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders and end-users. • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical domains. • Experience with customer portals, web applications, or digital transformation initiatives. • Familiarity with risk management and change management processes. • Knowledge of SDLC and best practices in project documentation. Job Type: Contract Pay: From $50.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
