Role: Sr. Big Data Analyst Experience: 12+ years Mode: 100% Remote Visa: Independent Visa Candidates only. Must-have: • Healthcare / Pharma domain experience. • Min. 4+ years Technical BA / IT System Analyst • Big Data projects (Hadoop, Hortonworks, Cassandra, BigInsights, or equivalent) • Data analytics workflows, data flow/process flow, system integration impacts. • Gathering and documenting requirements in data-heavy / analytics-driven environments • Exposure to QA processes – test plan reviews, UAT support, validation • Ability to work with QA and engineering teams to validate solutions. • Cross-functional collaboration (engineering, QA, product owners, regulatory teams) • Regulatory / compliance documentation exposure (bonus but valuable) • Evidence of stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical requirements • Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business language. Job Type: Contract Pay: From $55.00 per hour Experience: • Big Data Analyst: 3 years (Preferred) • Business analysis: 5 years (Preferred) • Healthcare Domain: 4 years (Preferred) • QA Process: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
