Our flagship platform, AxisOne, connects pharma, biotech, CROs, and research organizations with the world’s leading labs and datasets to accelerate discovery, validation, and commercialization. We’re scaling fast and need a proven deal-closer – not just someone with connections, but someone who knows how to turn those connections into contracts. The Role As Business Development Director, your success is measured by signed contracts and revenue growth. You will be the face of iProcess to pharma, biotech, and CRO executives – but this is not a “relationship maintenance” job. It is a hunter role with clear targets and aggressive rewards. You will: • Prospect, pitch, and close multi-million-dollar deals across biospecimens, RWE, and lab services. • Engage directly with senior decision-makers (C-suite, R&D, procurement) and drive opportunities from first contact to signature. • Expand iProcess’s client base by building a book of business that delivers recurring, high-value partnerships. • Represent iProcess at global conferences and client meetings as a trusted partner – while keeping revenue as the #1 metric. • Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that win. What We’re Looking For • Proven closer – 7+ years of success selling into pharma, biotech, CROs, or diagnostics. • A track record you can prove: multi-million-dollar contracts you personally closed. • Hunter DNA – you create opportunities, not wait for RFPs. • Strong industry network and the ability to monetize it quickly. • Comfort in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting where results matter more than process. • A competitive, high-energy mindset – you hate losing deals. Compensation & Accountability • Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 • Uncapped Commission: OTE $250K – $350K+ • Accelerators: Enhanced rates for enterprise contracts >$1M or multi-year deals • Quarterly Performance Bonuses for beating targets First 6-Month Expectation: Close at least $1M in new business (biospecimens, RWE, or lab services).
