Role IT Manager, Robotics Technician, Trade Show Production Manager (Aviation Mechanics Focus) Location: Corona, CA and Orange County We are seeking a IT Manager, Robotics Technician, Trade Show Production Manager who is a fast and eager learner with a strong interest in mechanics and aviation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with airplane mechanics and training aviation displays—ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, technical work, dynamic environments and enjoy at times rigorous physical labor. Position Overview: As a Booth Exhibit Manager, you will oversee the setup, coordination, and management of aviation training-related exhibit logistics and shipping and make sure they are done with precision and professionalism. You’ll work directly with airplane mechanics and technical teams, gaining valuable experience in the aviation industry while managing exhibit operations as well engage with crate and logistic technicians from our customers and exhibition locations. Strong organization and administrative skills a must. Responsibilities: • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and operation of aviation exhibit booths. • Collaborate with mechanics and technical staff to ensure equipment and displays function properly. • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and materials for exhibits and demonstrations. • Ensure all exhibits meet safety, quality, and visual presentation standards. • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on project requirements. • Integrate TV monitors, computers, and simulators into a showcase environment. • Create shipping plans for the items that comply with regulations and stay intact and usable. Qualifications: • Experience in project management, engineering, technical support, tradeshow production a plus. • Strong interest in mechanics, aviation, and hands-on technical work. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to adapt to varying schedules and project demands. • Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and high integrity. Reliable timelines. • Demonstrates strong professional and administrative communication skills, including proficiency with Adobe forms, clear and effective email correspondence, and the ability to prepare and submit work proposals and project timeline documents. • Must be local to Orange County, California or surrounding areas. Schedule: This is a full-time, in-person position based in Southern California. Work hours will vary weekly depending on job assignments. Evening and weekend availability is required.
