The Sol Operations Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations for Sol initiatives, programs, or product lines. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities : -Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field -5+ years of experience in operations or business management -Demonstrated leadership experience -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Excellent project management capabilities -Lead daily operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution. -Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) -Optimize tools, workflows, and automation systems -Standardize reporting structures and documentation -Drive accountability, performance tracking, and team development -Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product -Lean / Six Sigma or PMP certification -Experience with ERP/CRM system -Minimum of two(2) years of experience with public health in the public sector government -Minimum of five(5) years of experience on a public health system as a sol operations lead. This is a remote position.
