Capture & Business Development Support * Collaborate with business line leaders and subject-matter experts to translate customer insights into win themes and proposal narratives. * Support pipeline development by preparing capability statements, qualifications packages, and tailored marketing materials for customer engagement. * Assist in competitor analysis, customer research, and solution framing to enhance capture strategy. Marketing & Brand Management * Lead creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including capability statements, brochures, presentations, fact sheets, and case studies. * Oversee website updates and ensure content reflects current capabilities, experience, and thought leadership. * Assist with the company’s social media presence to promote brand identity, expertise, and program accomplishments. * Ensure messaging consistency across proposals, marketing content, website, and external communications. * Collaborate with business line leaders to plan and execute marketing campaigns, conference materials, and outreach initiatives. Required Qualifications * Extensive experience managing government proposals, including federal and state/local procurements. * Strong marketing and content development skills, with demonstrated ability to translate technical information into clear, impactful messaging. * Proven leadership and collaboration skills, especially in coordinating cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. * Solid understanding of capture management and how marketing, proposals, and BD activities integrate. * Exceptional writing, editing, organizational, and project management abilities. * Proficiency with marketing and proposal tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, proposal management platforms). Preferred Qualifications * Experience in emergency management, resilience, security, engineering, or similar technical consulting fields. * APMP certification or Shipley training. * Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools. * Graphic design or visual communication skills. * Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government procurement processes.
