Title: Sales/Business Development Manager/Remote Term: Full Time Location: REMOTE Hours: Monday-Friday/8:00AM-5:00PM Salary: Base + Commission! Starting at 75K IOS Staffing has been in the Insurance staffing business since 1983! We are a well-established national Recruitment agency looking to add on an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team! We are looking for an analytical, driven and results Sales/Business development Manager to help lead our partnerships and business forward. The ideal candidate should attract and secure business. As well as, develop relationships and business opportunities that provide profitable results. Essential Duties: · Responsible and held accountable for increasing revenue through the generation of New business. This is done though both acquiring new clients, often through networking, cold calling and Industry events. · Developing strong connections with key decision makers at prospective client companies to understand their sales hiring. · Negotiating terms and conditions of staffing agreements with clients · Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business. · Create and maintain a staffing all communications through utilizing the Bullhorn software program Requirements: Sales/Business Development Skills: · Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills · Deep understanding of the sales Insurance industry -Staffing Agency knowledge and understanding. · Inside/Outside Sales · Business intelligence and Networking skills · Awareness of the business needs and how to align staffing solutions · Comfortable managing change and working in a fast-paced environment · Five (5)+ years in a Sales/Business Development role · Five (5)+ years the Insurance Staffing Industry preferred · Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or elated field Our Employees Receive a Competitive Benefits Package Including: • Competitive Base + Commission • Uncapped commissions • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision and Paid Time off.
