Core Responsibilities: • Strategic Business Expansion: Demonstrate business acumen, previous track record and experience, and intellectual rigor necessary to support the execution of an expansion based vision. Translates the vision and mission of the organization into actionable, quantitative execution. • Cultural Awareness: Possesses the maturity and political sense to be able to support recommendations for adopting best practices internally. Savvy and pragmatic about how to facilitate prime culture in a dynamic and unconventional atmosphere • Team participation: Exhibits strong leadership and team participation skills. Forges diverse relationships with people of multiple perspectives and talents. Engages with the team through enthusiasm and excitement about the business. Accepts delegated assignments and hold her/himself accountable for results or lack thereof • Talent Recruitment: Directly and indirectly execute successful recruitment strategies to attract top tier candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other avenues. Understands what motivates different people • Performance Based Culture: A work history based in creative thinking surrounding “performance-based teams” is critical. Looking at ways to facilitate team efficiencies/team productivity is crucial while establishing prime aforementioned culture • Inspiring Others: Is skilled at getting individuals, teams, and an entire organization to embrace recommended change; communicates a compelling vision and is committed to what needs to be done; inspires others • Driving Results: Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure. Leverages his/her own experiences and applies best practices as catalysts for improving the organization.
