Senior Project ManagerRemote work9+Months contract - w2 Project - Global People - Talent Acquisition Transformation & Sales Compensation Scope of Work1) ATS Transformation - Project Objective: Transform our tech stack in Talent Acquisition platform to support productivity and experience improvements and hire the best talent for SN 2) Sales Compensation Project Objective: Update how Sales will be compensated based on new comp structure. This is required before Sales kick off in 2026. We need a project manager to be involved in planning, initiating and executing these projects E2E. Specific SkillsAbility to drive E2E projects from requirements through releases. Key skills required: - Thinks strategically while executing tactically - Navigates ambiguity and change with confidence and leadership presence - Drives clarity, alignment, and execution expectations across stakeholders and contributors - Exhibits strong communication, problem solving, and risk management - Builds trust and fosters a transparent and data-driven team culture
