About the Role The AI Automation Analyst plays a key role in bringing Invoca’s AI Transformation strategy to life. This individual contributor role partners directly with executives and department leaders to identify, design, and implement AI-powered automations that make our business faster, smarter, and more scalable. You’ll work hands-on with teams to both build automations and teach others how to build their own — helping employees become self-sufficient in leveraging modern AI tools. You’ll explore and apply cutting-edge solutions like large language models (LLMs), task-based agents, and AI-native workflow platforms (such as n8n and Gumloop) to deliver meaningful operational impact. You Will Partner with executives, functional leaders, and teams to identify high-value automation and workflow optimization opportunities. Map, design, and prototype AI-driven workflows using tools like n8n, Gumloop, Zapier, or similar platforms. Build and deploy automation pilots that streamline internal processes, reduce costs, or improve employee experience. Teach teams how to build and maintain their own automations — driving sustainable AI fluency across Invoca. Stay current with the fast-moving AI tools market, including LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), task-oriented agents, and automation technologies. Collaborate with IT, Data, and Operations to ensure automations are secure, scalable, and integrated with Invoca systems. Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and experiment frameworks for automation best practices. Measure and communicate impact, including time savings, adoption, and operational efficiency improvements. You Have 3–6 years of experience in operations, process design, automation, or product-related roles within a SaaS or technology environment. Proven ability to identify business challenges and translate them into effective automation solutions. Hands-on experience with AI-native automation tools (e.g., n8n, Gumloop, Make, Zapier). Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models, AI agents, and workflow orchestration systems. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills — comfortable working directly with executives and cross-functional teams. A “teach and do” mindset: you enjoy empowering others to become self-sufficient while also rolling up your sleeves to build.
