Be part of making a difference. Be part of Invivyd. Location: Northeast Preferred We are seeking a strategic, enterprise-minded commercial leader to drive the success of VYD 2311 product launch. This role will work in conjunction with the commercial leadership team to define the US launch strategy and oversee the tactical activities for a highly successful outcome. As a central influencer within the organization, you will shape both near-term launch excellence and long-term product lifecycle value. Reporting into the Commercial Strategies & Operations team, you will chair cross-functional commercialization governance, serve as the lead commercial voice in VYD2311 launch decisions, and coordinate integrated execution across geographies and functions. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility to senior leadership and external stakeholders. Responsibilities • Lead, in coordination with commercial functional leaders, end-to-end product launch strategy and tactical coordination through commercialization. • Work with other commercial leadership to develop and refine Target Product Profiles (TPPs), value propositions, market segmentation, and differentiation strategies based on evolving science, unmet needs, and competitive dynamics • Lead development of Asset Launch playbook to support follow on launches • Evaluate global pricing and reimbursement dynamics and incorporate into value strategies • Drive scenario planning to de-risk commercialization and maximize asset value • Act as the primary global commercial point of contact across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory as it pertains to VYD2311 commercial launch readiness • Ensure adherence to global regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing cross-functional commercialization team • Manage launch budgets and allocate resources against prioritized value drivers • Work effectively in a matrixed environment, influencing without formal authority Requirements • BA/BS degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD) strongly preferred • 12–15+ years of commercial experience in biopharma, including U.S. and global/international scope • Demonstrated success leading US & Global product launches • Strong understanding of drug development, regulatory pathways, and global commercialization in complex markets • Proven ability to manage cross-functional governance and executive stakeholder engagement • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel (~30%) • Experience with biologics and/or autoimmune disease markets (preferred) • Expertise in access strategy, pricing, reimbursement, HEOR, and RWE generation (preferred) • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovation and decisive problem-solving (preferred) • High level of executive presence, communication excellence, and collaborative leadership (preferred) • Deep passion for science and commitment to transforming patient outcomes (preferred) At Invivyd we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
