Key Objectives • Lead and manage end-to-end procurement and logistics activities to support business goals. • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. • Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain initiatives with company objectives. Responsibilities • Oversee procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and purchase order administration. • Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to optimize delivery timelines and costs. • Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, finance, and sales to ensure supply chain alignment. • Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and conduct regular supplier evaluations. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in procurement and logistics. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes and enhance service levels. • Manage and mentor a team of procurement and logistics professionals. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are a plus. • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement and logistics management, preferably within the software or technology sector. • Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, procurement strategies, and logistics operations. • Proficiency with supply chain management software and ERP systems. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
