Develop and optimize financial operations processes and enhance project management standardization. Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business strategies. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and risk management, and regularly produce project progress and financial reports. Monitor market trends and compliance policies, and provide recommendations for improvements and strategic development. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field; At least 8 years of experience in financial project management or corporate financial operations; experience with multinational companies is preferred; Experience in financial analysis, budget management, and compliance requirements; Excellent project management and cross-team communication skills; Fluent English, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
