This position offers an opportunity to work closely with the ETF Equity and Fixed Income investment teams. The Analyst will be responsible for assessing business intelligence and operations that directly support global trading and portfolio management processes. Responsibilities • Support the building and submission of trade orders based on portfolio instructions or construction parameters. • Review and respond to any pre- or post-trade compliance warnings related to trading activity. • Rebalance accounts and execute structural adjustments in response to market movements or mandate changes. • Address and stay informed on all front-office operational issues. • Investigate, research, and resolve issues; validate completeness and accuracy of data across various reports. • Analyze and accurately process a broad range of BAU requests, client instructions, transaction processing, and ad hoc tasks as allocated by front-office teams. • Oversee the prioritization and onboarding of country markets for products and funds. • Compile data and supporting documentation for internal and external audits, reviews, and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with senior leaders to address and mitigate process gaps. • Provide valuable input to business partners on special projects and contribute new ideas and initiatives. • Serve as a liaison for questionnaires, surveys, RFPs, and various ad hoc requests. • Onboard sponsors, monitor asset reporting, and continuously explore efficiencies to support firm expansion. • Respond to proxy inquiries and share findings with internal stakeholders. • Communicate effectively with investments, trading teams, front-office teams, technology, investment services, and other users to resolve issues and escalate problems as needed. • Work with stakeholders located in global offices. Requirements • A college degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred. • Solid understanding of various asset classes (ETFs, Fixed Income, Equity). • Knowledge of investment business, buy-side processes, and investment products. • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and software. • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications; capable of writing clear and cohesive documentation. Nice-to-haves • Experience with front-office applications is preferred (Aladdin, CRD, Bloomberg). • Proficiency in Excel (including macros), SQL, and Python coding is a plus.
