Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Test Engineer, based in Dallas, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Test Engineer will perform end-to-end field testing on cellular and wireless communication networks, execute and evaluate test cases, and identify and troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance, reporting test results, and contributing to the improvement of mobile and network systems. Qualifications • Experience in Field Testing and executing Mobile Testing for cellular networks • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing network-related issues • Proficiency in designing, executing, and assessing Test Cases • Knowledge of Cellular Communications, including 4G, 5G, and associated technologies • Solid technical background and understanding of networking concepts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
