Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Developer to assist Intus’ client delivery and product operation teams with data analysis, process improvement, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting decision-making through insightful reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide analytical support to Intus’ client delivery, utilization management and population health teams Build customer facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing Develop reusable semantic models, metrics and user-defined functions to support Analytics and Data Engineering teams Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key population health KPIs Develop and implement analytical development and release processes Work closely with Data Engineering to maintain a scalable testing and data quality monitoring process Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related field 5-10 years of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, Qlik Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team Professional development and growth opportunities Flexible work environment Compensation: The salary range for this role is $135K–$150K.
