Job Description Primary Function of Position: The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Intuitive’s sales and marketing initiatives by owning the logistics, coordination, and facilitation of system and product demo programs. This individual will work cross-functionally with diverse internal/external stakeholders not limited to sales, marketing, customer training, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless program execution across the U.S. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Market Development Program Management: • Supports local market development events hosted by our sales and marketing teams. Includes partnering with sales reps to coordinate resources to ensure events are well executed • Assists in coordinating for Intuitive’s mobile system and SimNow demo programs to efficiently and effectively support sales events and marketing symposia • Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third-party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts • Schedules and coordinates movements of assets that reside in Intuitive’s offices for occasional use at sales and marketing events • Maintains inventory of instruments and accessories and coordinates shipments to/from sales and marketing events throughout the country
