What You'll Do: - You will engage with healthcare professionals to promote and support digital surgical solutions. - You will provide expert guidance and training on the use of Intuitive’s digital platforms. - You will collaborate with sales and clinical teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. - You will analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements. - You will manage digital solution demonstrations and presentations. - You will track and report on adoption metrics and customer satisfaction. - You will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain expertise. - You will contribute to the development of marketing and educational materials. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in digital health, medical technology, or related fields. - Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and surgical environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. - Proven ability to deliver training and presentations effectively. - Technical proficiency with digital platforms and software tools. - Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
